Librarian Userware

The userware for Librarian is used to add the COMPONENT_INSERT_CENTER and COMPONENT_INSERT_ANGLE attributes in order to specify the actual center and orientation for the geometries. Those attributes will then be used by the Create Component Center Location function to generate a component_location file for pick-and-place machines.
